📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship directly from our partner warehouses located in Asia and Europe, depending on your location and stock availability.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.


💳 Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and secure checkout via Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processed.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
